At NURIA, we are combining elements of Caribbean, Korean, and Southern cuisines to create a unique culinary experience by blending both signature touches and techniques together.

We believe that all culture is more connected than separated, especially in our food. At NURIA we highlight those connections through Chef Puchi’s thirteen years of restaurant and bar experience.

NURIA dishes emphasize flavor, technique and fresh ingredients prepared the hard way. We exist between authenticity and fusion, hovering, but not fully embracing either.
